The 7th race on Calder's card was a 1-1/16 allowance optional claiming on the turf and Arctic Eva, daughter of DISTORTED HUMOR, went wire to wire. Under jockey L. Saez, she was all out in the stretch run to hold off for a victory by a nose. She is trained by Phil Gleaves.


Midwinter Breaks Maiden August 22nd, 2010
Midwinter broke her maiden in the 4th race on Arlington's card contested at 5-1/2f. on the all weather surface. She went wire to wire and crossed the finish 2 lengths in front of her nearest competitor. She was ridden by Shane Sellers and trained wy Wayne Catalano.

Color Me Blue Takes Blue August 22nd, 2010

Color Me Blue won the 8th race on Arlington's Sunday card. He stalked the leaders in the 1-1/8 mi. race over the all weather surface. In the far turn he made a steady advance and at the head of the stretch began clearing the leader. He opened up a safe lead in the final furlong and crossed the wire under the hand of Michael Baze about 3 lenghs ahead of his nearest rival. He is trained by Brian Williamson.


Connor's Shadow - Winner Again! August 20th, 2010

Connor's Shadow, by Reineman Stallion, Powerful Goer, won the 1st race on Arlington's Friday card. The filly led the field, in wire to wire fashion, over teh 6-1/2 furlongs over the all weather surface. Despite the rider, Michael Baze losing his whip, he and the filly were able to cross the wire 3-3/4 length ahead of their nearest competitor. The filly is trained by Brian Williamson.


All Joking Aside Returns to Winner's Circle August 20th, 2010

RLR alum, All Joking Aside, made a return to the winner's circle after capturing the 3rd race on Arlington's Friday afternoon card. Antitrust Wins at Monmouth July 17th, 2010

Antitrust won the 5th race on Monmouth's card this Sunday. He rated with the first string of horses behind the pace in this 1mi. 70yd race. He moved to the front in the upper stretch, drew clean and maintained his lead to win by 2-1/4 lengths. He was jockeyed by C.H. Marquez and trained by Ian Wilkes. The 9th race on Calder's card was scheduled to be a 1 mile race on the turf but was moved to the dirt due to weather. Remaining in the race, Arctic Eva led five other competitors wire to wire, winning by 7-1/2 lengths. She was ridden by M.R. Cruz and trained by Phil Gleaves.


Golden Patch Gets Gold July 16th, 2010

Running in the 6th race on the card at Fairmont Park, this filly by Reineman Stallion Power Goer, won the 1mi 70yd race by 4-1/4 lengths after resting behind the field for the first half. Roman Invader won the 7th race on Arlington's card this Thursday. She was behind the first string after the break in the 5-1/2 furlong race run on the all weather surface. Her jockey, Shane Sellers, moved her in the turn and she came wide around foes into the stretch. Looking around a bit, she continued her forward momentum in the stretch run to win by 4 lengths. Last Deman Wins at Indiana Downs July 13th, 2010

In the 11th race on Indiana Downs' Tuesday evening card, Last Demand romped in a 1mi 70 yd race, winning by 17-1/4 lengths. Jockey F. De La Cruz kept Last Demand unrushed behind the front of the pack, began moving the far stretch and hit the lane well in front. He was trained by Brian Williamson and claimed in this race by Antonio Duran. Good Luck to his new owner!


Last Demand Wins at Indiana Downs July 13th, 2010

In the 11th race on Indiana Downs' Tuesday evening card, Last Demand romped by 17-1/4 lengths in a 1mi. 70 yd claiming race on the dirt. Jockey F De La Cruz relaxed in the early paces, made a huge move in the far turn and was well advanced by the head of the stretch. Moving from Prairie Meadows to Ellis Park proved no trouble for this RLR alum by MONARCHOS out of Lady of Beauty. The 6 year old son of RLR alum DISTORTED HUMOR out of RLR mare Age of Humor, picked up another win running 1 mi. on the turf in the 7th race at Philadelphia Park. Color Me Blue won the 4th race on Arlington's Illinois Day card. After an ungracious break from the gate, leaving him several length behind the field, jockey M. Baze and Color Me Blue moved their way closer to the field up the rail on the back stretch. They began moving in the far turn, swung wide at the head of the stretch and ran down foes from mid-track to cross the wire in a 3-1/2 length victory. The 4yo gelding is trained by Brian Williamson.

Arctic Eva Gives Gleaves 500th Win!! April 30th, 2010

In the 8th race on the card at Calder Friday, longtime Reineman trainer Phil Gleaves achieved his 500th career win with RLR filly, Arctic Eva. Arctic Eva, a daughter of RLR alum DISTORTED HUMOR, who incidentally began his career under Phil Gleaves, won the 1-1/16 mi. turf race by about 2 lengths. For most of the race, she stalked the pace. She moved heading in the turn and by the head of the stretch she was taking command. She stretched out in the drive to finish before her rivals. She was jockeyed by apprentice L. The Busanda Stakes represented this filly first attempt at two turns as well as her first appearance in a stakes race. From a ground saving rail position, she dominated the 1mi. 70yds from the start, although she was stalked most of the race by third place finisher Judge Sonya. Color Me Blue won the last race on Hawthorne's card after more than a 1 year lay off. A maiden special weight contested at 6 furlongs, he was chasing from the beginning.
